DEAL STRUCTURE
Built for the size of bookings that need it.
Small bookings settle on a standard SROAST contract with our regular banking. The structures below kick in when deal size, jurisdiction or counterparty risk warrants extra protection — for both sides.
ESCROW ON LARGE DEALS
Bookings above a defined threshold flow through a third-party escrow account — funds released against contractual milestones (signed contract, advance dispatch, show delivered). Protects you from artist no-shows; protects them from non-payment.
SINGAPORE-ROUTED PAYMENTS
Cross-border deals settle via SROAST Entertainment Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202549936C) — adequate-jurisdiction banking, proper paper trail, minimal FX overhead vs. ad-hoc structures. Withholding tax and VAT handled at source.
SPV PER TRANSACTION
For sensitive or high-value bookings we incorporate a single-purpose vehicle (SPV) — clean balance sheet per deal, ring-fenced liability, easier accounting for joint ventures. Available on request, ~5 working days to set up.
