Terms
Terms of Service
Effective 4 May 2026
These terms cover what you can do with this website and the marketing content on it. They do not cover commercial agreements between SROAST and clients — those are governed by signed contracts.
1 — Who these terms are with
sroast.com is operated by SROAST Entertainment Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202549936C), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore with operating headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2 — What this website is (and isn't)
sroast.com is a marketing site. Case studies, knowledge articles, capability descriptions and pricing indications are published in good faith but should be read as marketing context, not as commercial offers, regulatory advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Specifically:
- Knowledge articles (concert production in Thailand, work permits, sponsorship pricing, etc.) are general orientation — written based on our experience, current as of the publication date. They are not legal, tax or compliance advice. Always engage Thai-bar admitted counsel for transactions of consequence.
- Case studies are described to the best of our records. Numbers, attendance and dates are accurate to within reasonable rounding.
- Capability descriptions (services, markets, geographies) reflect what we can do; whether we can do it for you depends on your specific brief and our capacity at that time.
- Stage rental page (Redtix Stage) describes a real venue we operate. Pricing and dates listed there are subject to availability and a signed booking agreement.
3 — Brief submissions
When you submit the Brief form, you're requesting we contact you about a possible engagement. By submitting, you confirm:
- The information is accurate to your knowledge
- You're authorised to share it on behalf of the company you list
- You agree we'll process the data per our Privacy Policy
A submission is not an offer to contract. We respond within 24 hours with either a costed proposal, a request for clarification or a polite decline.
4 — Intellectual property
All content on sroast.com — text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, code, layout — is owned by SROAST Entertainment Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. The "SROAST" wordmark and logo are unregistered marks of SROAST.
You may:
- Read, share and link to public pages
- Quote short excerpts (under 90 words) with attribution and a link back
- Submit briefs, case enquiries and feedback
You may not:
- Reproduce substantial portions of our knowledge articles or case studies on other commercial sites
- Use our brand assets (logo, wordmark) without written permission
- Scrape the site for competitive intelligence beyond what's needed for legitimate research
- Use automated systems to extract bulk content (the
/llms.txtand/llms-full.txtendpoints exist for AI-assistant access — please use those)
5 — Acceptable use
By using the site you agree not to:
- Submit false information through the Brief form
- Attempt to break, probe or DoS the API endpoints
- Send malware, exploits or harmful content via any input field
- Use the site to facilitate illegal activity
- Impersonate another person or company in a Brief submission
6 — No warranty
sroast.com and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, SROAST disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or its content.
7 — Third-party links
sroast.com links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Notion, Brevo, Microsoft, Cloudflare, partner pages, news outlets covering our cases). We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
8 — Changes to these terms
We update these Terms when our practices change. The Effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes are flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
9 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — that we can't resolve by good-faith discussion — is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
For consumers domiciled in the EU, this clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections of your country of residence.
