What we hear from venues and IP holders

Three things that make a partner.

From

Local partners that ghost between offer and settlement. You learn about problems from the venue, not the promoter.

To

One PIC, one phone number, weekly status — every show.

You contract with one entity. The named producer does not change between offer and load-out. Status is delivered weekly through pre-production, daily on show week.

From

Vendor lock-in to a ticketing platform that is wrong for your audience.

To

Platform-agnostic. Megatix, Eventbrite, ZipEvent — chosen for the show, not the kickback.

We have working relationships with every major Thai ticketer and pick by audience overlap, fees and reporting fit. We do not take platform commissions.

From

A Russian-speaking tourist segment in Bangkok and Phuket your existing local partner does not market into.

To

Multi-language acquisition — English, Thai and Russian — built in.

Specialist competence on the Russian-speaking tourist audience. Bangkok and Phuket data show 8–15% incremental revenue on the right artist when this segment is marketed to in language.

Three ways we partner

Pick the structure that fits.

  1. 01

    Sole promoter

We take the risk and the upside. You hand off the show. We pull the offer, run marketing and ticketing, deliver on-site, settle. Right when you want a clean handover.

    Full risk · full upside
  2. 02

    Co-promoter

Split risk and upside with you on agreed splits. Right when you have your own marketing channels or sponsor relationships and want to keep skin in the game.

    Shared
  3. 03

    Services-only

Flat fee for production, ticketing or marketing scope. Right when you have everything else and need a specific workstream filled cleanly.

    Fee-based

What happens after you brief us

From brief to settlement.

  1. Day 0

    Brief received

You send the show, the venue and the structure preference (sole / co / services). We reply within 24 hours with feasibility and a first-cut budget.

  2. Day 7

    Structure agreed

Term sheet, splits or fee, deliverables list, named PIC. Contracted.

  3. T-90

    Pre-production

Permits, venue confirmed, marketing creative briefed, ticketing platform configured.

  4. T-30

    On sale

Phased on-sale waves. Influencer and PR rollout. Final advance.

  5. Show day

    Run

PIC runs the show. Vendor sign-offs, security plan, runner roster, settlement prep.

  6. T+30

    Settled

Audited settlement, ticket-by-ticket reporting, marketing spend reconciliation, lessons-learned brief.

Honest answers

What partners ask before they brief us.

  1. 01 How do you decide between sole, co-promoted and services-only?
Three questions: do you want to take risk, do you have an existing audience channel, and do you need a clean handover. Most partners settle on co-promoted with a defined split, but we run all three structures depending on the show.
  2. 02 Are you platform-agnostic on ticketing?
Yes. We have a strategic-partner relationship with Megatix and working relationships with Eventbrite, ZipEvent and others. We pick by audience overlap and fee structure, not by kickback. We do not take platform commission.
  3. 03 Will you market in Russian?
When the segment is decision-relevant for the show, yes — in language, with the right channels and creative. We have run multi-city Russian-language tours in Asia. The Bangkok and Phuket Russian-speaking tourist audience is large and the major internationals do not market into it.
  4. 04 What is your settlement transparency?
Audited settlement with ticket-by-ticket revenue, marketing-spend reconciliation, vendor-by-vendor production cost. We deliver T+7 to T+30 depending on platform reporting cycle.
  5. 05 Do you handle the legal layer?
Yes — work permits, withholding tax, music and IP licensing, equipment customs, alcohol, curfew, contracts. Reviewed by Thai-bar admitted counsel. The legal stack is the most defensible part of what we do; see /lp/legal-thailand.
  6. 06 How fast can you respond to a brief?
Feasibility and a first-cut budget within 24 hours. Modelled term sheet within seven days from brief.
