Bring Enigma — the project, not a pre-recorded performance — to a Thai audience that had never had a chance to see it live. Run as sole promoter, take the full risk and full upside, and prove that a deep-catalogue international act with a quiet but loyal Asian fanbase could fill a room twice in a row.
WHAT WE DID
Licensing & legal
End-to-end Thai licensing — work permits, withholding tax registration, music publishing rights through MCT, equipment customs, alcohol licensing for the venue, BMA event clearance. Contract drafting for the venue, ticketing platform and vendors.
Production
Full advance, run-of-show, vendor pool, on-site team. Stage, sound, light, video, hospitality, security, audience flow.

Marketing & ticketing
Multi-language creative across English, Thai and Russian. Phased on-sale with a structure designed to push to sell-out. Megatix as the primary ticketing platform. Daily optimisation across paid channels.

Result
OUTCOMES
- Both shows sold out — no comp pressure, no last-minute price discounting.
- Marketing reached an audience the venue’s regular booking didn’t typically capture, including a strong RU-tourist segment.
- Validated the SROAST sole-promoter model: legacy international IP, Thai market, fully owned risk and upside.
