THE BRIEF
Bring The Nutcracker — the signature Tchaikovsky programme — to Southeast Asian audiences with the Aurum Entertainment team, performed by the Saint Petersburg National Ballet Theatre. Six shows, five countries, all run as a single coherent operation rather than five separate one-offs.
SCALE
WHAT WE DID
Production
Run-of-show, technical advance and on-the-ground production lead per market — adapted to each venue’s pit, fly system and rehearsal schedule. The classical bar held across six different stages.
Venue sourcing
Sourced and booked the right house in each market — capacity, sightlines, classical-orchestra fit, hold dates. The right room in each city — not the cheapest, not the loudest, the one that respects the work.
Funding
Closed the funding stack across the production, advances to the company, vendor schedule and the gap between ticket settlements and outbound deposits. Cash-flow architected so neither side carries the working-capital risk.
Ticketing deals
Negotiated platform deals city-by-city — fee structures, presale windows, on-sale calendars, payout terms. The ticketing layer of a five-country tour is the layer that decides whether the economics actually work.
