We didn’t take this brief — we wrote it. 6inch Dance Camp is a wholly-owned SROAST IP: a multi-day femme heels-dance camp built around international choreographers, Asia-wide travelling participants, and the kind of production polish festival audiences expect.

WHAT WE DID
Concept
Format design — workshop schedule, choreographer roster shape, finale showcase, brand language. The camp had to feel like a festival without losing the rigour of a workshop programme.
Promotion
Multi-market marketing across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, with a deliberate pull on the Russian-speaking dancer audience routing through Asia.
Production
End-to-end production each year — venue, stages, audio, video, schedules, hospitality. Across three editions the production grew from a single-city pop-up into a multi-stop circuit.
Brand & owned IP
Owned trademarks, brand guide, repeat-attendee CRM and sponsor pipeline — the parts that make this an asset rather than just an event.
2026 — PHUKET
The third edition, hosted in Phuket. Beach venue, full festival production, the largest line-up of choreographers SROAST has booked into the camp to date.
2025 — BANGKOK
The second edition, hosted in Bangkok. Studio-floor format with a finale showcase — the run that consolidated 6inch as a recurring fixture in the regional dance calendar.
OUTCOMES
- Three editions in three years — sustained audience, sustained sponsor pipeline.
- Established 6inch as a category-defining property in Asian femme dance.
- Owned IP layer: recurring revenue, brand equity, an audience to retarget every year.
