Take He Huang — the Chinese-born stand-up known from the Comedy Store, Jim Jefferies & Friends and Thank God You’re Here — on a first proper run through Thailand. Five cities in five nights, English-language comedy, an audience spread across expats, tourists and the region’s Chinese diaspora. One operator on booking, permits, production, ticketing and marketing, so the artist team flies in to a tour that already works.
WHAT WE DID
Booking & routing
Offer, deposits and contracting direct with the artist side. Routed the five dates — Bangkok (12 Dec), Pattaya (13 Dec), Chiang Mai (14 Dec), Samui (15 Dec), Phuket (16 Dec) — so the run moves cleanly north-to-island without dead days or backtracking, and the production stack travels with it.
Legal & licensing
Thai work permits and withholding-tax handling for the performer, venue and event clearances per city, and the contracting across venues, ticketing and vendors. Five jurisdictions inside one itinerary — Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Samui and Phuket each carry their own licensing quirks; we cleared all five with no lost dates.
Production
Full advance and run-of-show for every room. Venue, sound, light, hospitality, transport and on-site team in each city — sized for an intimate stand-up format rather than a generic concert load-in.
Marketing & ticketing
Phased on-sale per city with our own ticketing rails. Multi-channel creative aimed at the English-speaking and Chinese-speaking audiences in each market, optimised daily. Siam@Siam Design Hotels on hospitality.
