I'm a foreign promoter — can I bring a show into Thailand without a local entity?
+
Yes. SROAST is the Thai entity: we hold the venue contract, file the work permit, register WHT and execute the alcohol licensing. You contract with us; we handle the local side.
What exactly comes back in 24 hours?
+
Venue options that fit your rider with availability status, working budget numbers, and two scoping-call slots. The full feasibility memo takes 5 working days and goes deeper — P&L with break-even, permit timeline, vendor estimate by line item, WHT and FX exposure.
How long is the full lead time?
+
Club shows can move in 60 days. A single-night Bangkok arena: 90 days from signed brief to show day. Stadium 120+, festival on an unlicensed site 150+. Every workstream opens on day one — legal, production, marketing and ticketing in parallel.
Do you do shows at venues you don't have relationships with?
+
Yes. We have direct relationships at most major Bangkok venues; if you have a specific one in mind we brief them and shop alternates. The feasibility memo always carries two venue alternates beyond your primary.
Can I run a tour across Thailand — BKK, PHK, PTY — under one engagement?
+
Yes, and it is the most cost-efficient shape we route. The production stack moves with the artist, so cities 2 and 3 need transport and load-in, not fresh builds. Send the rider and the cities; routing numbers come back inside the same 24-hour window.
What about ticketing — which platform do you use?
+
Megatix at partner rate — the lowest platform fees in Thailand. If you already operate another platform we can split allocation. Ticket pricing is modelled before on-sale: tiers, price points, break-even sell-through.
Do you handle artist hospitality — hotels, transport, the whole ground game?
+
Yes, as a dedicated rail: hotels at production rates, ground transport, green room and rider hospitality, day sheets, full artist liaison from wheels-down to wheels-up.
What does the SROAST PM actually do?
+
Single point of accountability. Pre-production: vendors, contracts, permits, advance. Show day: load-in through load-out. Post-show: reconciliation, settlement, P&L file. Your CFO talks to one person.
Can SROAST help me find investor capital for my show?
+
Yes — we structure the deck, term sheet, scenarios and due-diligence pack, and take a success-based share of funds raised. We did it for Redtix Stage, Flo Rida × Tashkent and other live deals.
What if my show goes wrong — late venue, artist cancels, weather?
+
Production insurance and event liability are included in the engagement. Artist no-show is covered by the deposit clause we draft into the booking contract; weather sits in venue and ticket terms. We have not lost a date to causes within our control.
